Coaching - Motivation - Mentoring

Anyone who thinks about creativity will immediately connect it with artistic activity, yet most common creativity techniques are based on methods that attempt to achieve results on a purely linguistic level in order to solve a problem. Why should creativity only take place on paper, and why should creative methods only revolve around restructuring words and concepts? Language is not the only means of expression given to humans. It is much more. I will help you discover and develop your own creative potential. Together, we will explore your strengths and talents and give these talents space. Everyone has the need to be creative, to develop, and to grow. We are on a lifelong quest to discover ourselves.

Those who can express their creativity know the feeling of transcending themselves. By focusing entirely on the moment, we become part of something greater because we are fully attentive, present, and alive. In agile creative coaching, I'll guide you through discovering and igniting your own personal creative potential. Agility means flexibility and the willingness to think and act innovatively instead of clinging to outdated processes. In other words, exploring new paths. Through creative action, you'll discover and develop your creative power, because it's proven that existing creative potential in people by no means always remains constant, but can be enhanced and increased through appropriate training.

In doing so, you'll discover who you are and what you're capable of. You'll discover talents you weren't previously aware of, which will give you energy and allow you to surpass yourself. This awareness in everyday life gives you more opportunities for self-management and thus improves your self-confidence without encouraging arrogance. Through agility, you take action, and action creates meaning, because all theory is gray, and thought is a bird that needs space and, in a cage of words, can spread its wings but not fly. Self-efficacy is increased through active action, and self-efficacy, or SWE for short, ultimately creates the confidence that you can make a difference and act independently in difficult situations. With high SWE, you are less afraid and believe in your own abilities to successfully carry out desired actions, even in extreme phases.

The goal of the agile creative coaching process is not to produce art or objects, but to recognize yourself more clearly and to become aware of your personal creative potential, because sensory impressions can find expression through artistic activity. Sensory expression can thus be a direct expression of intuition, and practicing creative activities with awareness of the present moment is an effective tool for significantly improving psychological well-being and promoting personal growth. Creative methods that enable sensual expressions usually involve artistic and design activities, but can just as easily include visiting an art exhibition together, creatively preparing a meal, or taking a sensual walk together in nature.

Creativity requires courage, and self-confidence requires patience. The two together are the ideal combination for experiencing your life in all its fullness and exploiting its wonderful possibilities. So don't waste time, neither with self-doubt nor with chores. Don't let yourself be held back, not by others and not by yourself.
